I’m a Chartered Marketer (ACIM) with over 15 years’ experience in strategic and practical marketing for service providers, small businesses and consultancy clients. I specialise in clarifying customer messaging and turning that into marketing activity that works.

My background includes strategic planning, integrated campaign delivery and messaging development. I focus on delivering work that makes a measurable difference, not busywork.

How I Work

Work is structured around clear packages with defined outcomes. I do not offer open-ended hourly support outside of those packages. This protects your time and mine, and makes it easier to plan work effectively.

Most communication happens online, but where useful we can schedule calls or meetings to suit your preferences. We can discuss your needs over a coffee (online or in person) — as part of structured planning.
